1. Payment & Booking All appointments are confirmed only after the full payment of ₹4,499 is received. Once booked, your slot is locked in and no longer available to other brands.
2. Rescheduling Policy Life happens, but our time is fixed. You can reschedule your call once, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Any rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours to go will be treated as a No-Show.
3. No-Show & Refund Policy To maintain the quality of these sessions, I do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you miss your slot without notice, the fee is forfeited.
4. The Agency Credit If you choose to hire House of Wizardry for a full-scale retainer or production project within 14 days of our call, the full ₹4,499 will be credited toward your first invoice. After 14 days, this offer expires.
5. Pre-Call Requirements You agree to provide your website link and social handles at least 12 hours before the call. If no data is provided, the call will consist of a general strategy session rather than a specific audit.
